Tranny help

Recent Blue Oval convert looking for some help with a '64 Borg-Warner T-85N. In lay terms that would be a standard 3 on the tree w/over-drive. She sits in a 64 Galaxie 500 with Z code 390, factory AC, and backed with a 3:50 open rear. I know this is a truck site, but many a folk have told me this is a great place to find answers for all Ford's. I was going to drop a top-loader in the oval, but I am going to keep her original now. I have been around alot of bowties, but I have a beginners mind with the Ford's. Any knowledge, stories, and advice would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to FTE !

There is a tranny forum further down the main board you can post questions in. There's the "General Automotive" forum at the top of the board that you can post 64 Galaxie questions in. There's an electrical forum too.
All you really need to do is look over the titles of each forum, and if your question fits the forum, post it. There's lots of members here to help you with specific problems you may have. Put the question in the right place & it will get answered.
