help installing rear speakers f250 c/c

I'll take a stab at this, since I did my 2004 F350 CC several months ago. The rear side panels are held in place mostly by the metal press in clips that hold most trim panels in Ford's these days. I found it best to start at the bottom at the carpet line. Pull straight away from the truck at the bottom, and slowly keep pulling the clips as you work your way up to the top of the panel near the roof line. At the very top, the panel will be held in place by clips at the front, and by an alignment "thing" at the rear. Once you get the panel off, you will see what I mean, it needs to be aligned just right before pushing the panel back in to place (at least this is the way a 2004 truck was). I had to pull all of the seatbelt "belt" out of the retractor and keep it out while the panel was off.
Hope this helps
