Cool Stalling when cold

How long should it take to warm up inorder to drive and not stall. It stalls until it warms up. Could take 4 or 5 minutes or even longer in real cold. Once warmed it runns fine. Its a 2000 7.3 automatic. It has about 35k miles. It has new fuel and air filters. The temperature here is in the thirties and below.

Any other symptoms?

Whenever one of the engines stalls out, the CPS is typically the first suspect. As a shot in the dark, if you have a spare CPS, I would try installing it and see if that cures the problem. If you don't have a spare CPS, I would reccomend you buy one and carry it with you.
