I have run...pulling a trailer...at 1275 for very long periods of time!
My understanding you can see as high as 1350 for a few seconds at a time and not worry....I did type seconds...make note of that!

anthing above say 1350 i wouldnt want to see for vary long but i have seen 1550 pegged for about the last 1/8 of a 1/4 mile pass,i dont reccomend it but a few seconds every now again wont kill it,but it might

Are the temps you refer to pre or post turbo? I will be adding a pyro, most likely pre-turbo, prior to installing a tuner.

It better be a pre-turbo figure or you won't have an engine left if it is post-turbo. I have run mine at 1250 for long periods too and have had no issues.
