computer plug in

ok guys dumb ? but I cant find it.Buddy came down with a 1996 1ton and wants to install a super chip programer I dont see the plug in under dash anywhere whats up. thanks

On my 96 it's in the middle of the dash assembly toward the floor. Hope this helps.
