I can guarentee it will not work. If the carb is calibrated for an egr it needs to have the egr or it will ping and require you to retard the timing. I don't see how it made his car faster when he just admitted that the egr doesn't work at wide open throttle in the stock set-up, so how can it affect performance at WOT?
