Is There A Secret
is there a secret to taking off the front grill? did the obvious,un-screwing the top screws. cant figure the clipping machanism at the bottom. finally found a fin comp to straighten out my bug battered,debris dented cooling fins or what ever it is behind the grill..mine is an 01 PSD. this is a horrrible design that should have been recalled years ago! any takers?

springerpop,you can find them at Locke Supply. they are hvac and plumbing wholesalers. dont know if they are nation wide or not. heating and airr conditioning suppliers have them in all sizes for home air cond. hope this helps ya, good luck!

Simple. Remove top screws, get a flat blade screwdriver and push up on the bottom of the spring clips (3 of them) that hold the grill in and pull outward o the grill on the area of the spring clip. THis should take less than 3 minuts from start to finish if the screwdriver is in your hand.
