Chapter Leader

I was just noticing that this chapter doesn't have a leader and I wasn't sure if it needed one?
(is that a stupid question)

I don't think it is really needed.Unless there were numerous users from one area.

There are too many water sources to worry about any International meet & if someone is Flying to an area with an FTE'r in that part of the world,we would hope someone would take the initative to meet up.
