Hey Ivan and Pro you two should apply for that Ultimate Adventure i just saw the ad they are taking 20 applicants for the 2005 trip it would be sweet to see some Fords in it. From what i have seen of your trucks and heard about them they would do great in it.
hell yeah! thatd be great, but from what pro says, ivan's truck isnt up for the adventure yet. but who cares, you should both do it. your trucks are much better then these jeeps that are always there

It's a 1000 mile long they compete against each other doing different things rock crawl going thru mud pulling things going on trails. I'll have to look thru my offroad mags to refresh my memory of it.
Man that full size Dodge got beat up pretty bad on the trails
in that last Ultimate Adventure DVD. But I know Pro and Ivan could
tear some stuff up. especially in the mud section of it. It was funny
watching the Jeeps get stuck as the full size truck went through in 2WD
ahhahahhahaa
I say go for it. Especially since you guys have so much knowledge
of your rigs.
What do you mean nearly? There's a reason they call it a SUPERcab.
I can't wait to start hacking into the trail rig. That'll be the vehicle for junk like these challenges since I won't have to worry about bashing it up.
The Cap'n is NEARLY ready and in about a month or so it should have NEARLY as much power as Superbeast.
I think a winch is required. Plus, do either of you have enough room in the beds to go that far without running out of fuel? I can see it now...running down the hiway with a 1000 gallon fuel tank duct taped and cable tied to a trailer in tow with a 100 lb LP tank full of naws...
I've got dual tanks for the time being so I can get about 300-400 miles out of them @ 8MPG. But with the new heads that'll probably be around 6 or so . . . maybe . . . I hope.
[biggayAl voice]"Such a super sassy Superbeast! Give it to me you punisher you!"[/biggayAl voice] Pretty much the only difference between Pro and me is he has a little self control but I don't know how to stop spending $$ (and he has a long flowing mane but that's another story). If he keeps flipping me crap we're going to play that Dodge commercial with the dad showing his toddler the Durango. "Son, can you say HEMI?" It's a good thing we don't live close to each other . . . the carnage would be unbelievable.
Well, I was going to quote you on a few things there but didn't know where to start...the whole thing had me laughing so hard I currently have a large piece of weiner shnitzel lodged in my right nostril that I can't remove.
Yes, gas would be an issue. I wonder if they could arrange to have a tanker truck just follow us around?
I keep trying to get Ivan to move down here but he's probably right about the carnage issue. If he lived next door Oregon would probably end up sliding into the sea within three months.
yeah, i dont think that gas would be a problem for you guys. everybody else has to fill up too. they run full tilt the whole time so they'll eat through the gas too.
plus you can just get some used winch to slap on the front of your truck. you wont be needin it anyways!
