Does anyone know where to find a die cast model of a 1988 Bronco? Size/scale doesn't totally matter, but I have a thing with collecting the models of the cars I have/do own. I've been hitting all of the sites like Ertl and PhillyMint, but to no avail. I'm going to keep searching, but I've gotten so much help out of this forum for so many things, I almost always ask in here now too.
I guess just for the sake of saying...also own:
1970 Monte Carlo (not the SS454, seems like those are all of the models they have for that year)
1999 Nissan Altima (um, yeah...I can hold off on this one )
I used to haunt ebay for diecast models, Franklin Mint, Danbury Mint and others. I did buy one diecast Bronco, but I sold it recently to another FTE'er in Canuckia. I keep meaning to email him and see if he's got it done yet. I also have three Bigfoot models that I decided to not keep that he wanted to look at.... hmmm.... thanks for the thread and reminding me.
jdmorg, you might getting an issue of Hemmings Motor News. I haven't picked up a copy in a long time, but I do remember they had a lot of items. Give'em a try.
jdmorg,
I would start with eBay...if anyplace has it, they would be the ones! I used to collect "chopper" diecast motorcycles and I found eBay to have more of them than I could possibly afford!
