94' 351w egr problem
i have a 94' f150 w/ 351W. when they put the headers on they removed the tube for the egr valve. i just need tips on reinstalling the tube into the new headers. where on the header should it mount? -thanks

On the 94, F250 with the 351 the egr pipes went into the exhaust manifolds just before the exhaust pipe. If you have replaced the stock exhaust manifolds with headers they may not have hookups for egr pipes.

i just need some ideas for how to reattach the tube. i know i would have to drill the hole and buy and weld on a new fitting. i just dont know where? should i drill the hole on an individual tube or where they all come together? and could i use a steel braided line instead of the stock one? thanks for the input

On my stock exhaust manifold the fitting goes into the exhaust at the rear just befor the exhaust pipe connection. The pipes that hook into the manifolds have check valves that keep exhaust from comming back. If you don't have these valves you will have to get them and they only come with the pipes. You could buy the pipes and then use some sort of stainless steel flex connector to hook up to the headers. i think you would have less problems if you went back to stock manifolds or found headers with the correct connections
