I am sorta new to this kinda thing, so if this gets stupid, bare with me.
I own a 1972 Ford F-350,dually, standard cab, 12'8" wooden flatbed. 390 2bbl, auto,Power steering & brakes. 75,165 original miles.
We call it "The Clampett Cruiser".
This is a daily driven truck. It's a pain in the butt to park, but, the more I drive it, the more used to it I get.
Plans for the truck:
New wheels &tires (still cruisin on splitrims and bias ply tires)
Reduce the length of the bed to 10ft
Lower the whole thing and add air ride
buckets, console, "actual" floor shifter (collar broke, so I routed the linkage
through the floorboard)
New paint (it don't look bad for being 33 year old paint, but its brown, plus, the drivers side door is grey) thinking about "Double Diamond Gold"
Basic Engine Mods-- 4bbl, cam, headers.
No pictures as of yet.
