Which water pump

I am looking for a water pump for my 84 F150 351w c6 and I have come across 2 so far, a cast iron or an aluminum. Which one would it be? Is one better then the other? And I have come across about $38 canadian for either of them, does this sound about right? Thanks.

Which water pump

Either will work. The aluminum one was made for car engines and the cast for trucks. The cast is supposed to be heavy duty but the only real difference is the cast housing.

The aluminum only has one pipe exiting. For future refference an easy way to figure it out, get a magnet.
