They all look the same on the outside all the 5.0 HO s had them so did the trucks as far as I know. Some on the 351s only had some cracking issues.
The combustion chamber volume is the same on all E7s. Dont remember what off the top of my head.

Thanks for all the info. I think I will leave this thread now and start a new one looking for info on the E7TE heads. Thanks again.

You can tell the difference by the Air injection bump in the exhaust port. If you compare the Pre-E7 heads to the E7's themselves the Bump is much bigger in the pre-E7's.

I believe the combustion chamber size is 64cc's on the E7's and 69cc's from the D8's to the E6's.
