I'd like to replace the factory 190k+ shocks. The car is a daily driver, so I don't want anything too pricey. I'm thinking about getting some cheap Kragen/Autozone replacement shocks. Is there anything I should look to avoid, or look to find here? Are there better similar priced alternatives?
I saw the article on here about cleaing carbon buildup by spraying PM-3 fluid in the throttle body. Can I do this with my engine also, or is there something else I should try. I've tried adding higher octane, but it hasn't worked.
Also, I hear some sort of rattling when I release the clutch, or when I'm accelerating at very low RPM ranges in first gear. It sounds like it's coming from below my feet, but I can't really tell. Any ideas what this may be?
