Question 66 F100 duals

I just recieved my bolt-on dual exhaust system(2 1/4") from LMC. It is supposed to fit my truck with stock 332-390 manifolds. The donut and pipe flange won't even go between the manifold studs, and my flanges (which I'm supposed to re-
use) won't fit over the new pipe. I called LMC, and they said they had never had any reports of this, and they've sold many of these kits. I just wondered if anyone else out there has had a similar experience, and how did you solve it? Thanks, Brett

Someone could have shipped the wrong part. Get them to tell you what the correct part number is, and see if it matches what you were sent. Take a photo and email it to them if you can make one.

The pipes on my truck are 2" and if you are putting on 2 1/4" the flange will not fit. Check the pipe that came off for size. I had to run a 2" flange on my 64 Galaxie and then expan to the 2 1/4" pipe that I ran out the back. My 66 truck runs the 2" pipe.
