I could go on forever, but one more band that is probably my favorite is KING'S X. I have seen them live 4 times, they have about 13 albums out, made the VH-1 top 100 greatest artist's of all time. I think they are the most underrated band of all time. Check em out sometime.

You can't have one of these posts without a Van Halen war. I myself like the DLR version just as much as the Hagar version.

I also like
Guns N Roses+
Stone Temple Pilots=
Velvet Revolver
Ozzy
And way to many 70's 80's bands to list. I like a lot of bands like Queensryche, Krokus, etc. After about the mid 90's, I quit with the new stuff. I like a few newer bands, but not many. Alice in Chains is another I like. Seems like the new bands I'll like one maybe two of there songs, and then the rest of there songs suck.

Rainbow is a great band when they had Dio in the lineup, my favorite song by them is Man on the Silver Mountain.

for me, the shorter list would be what bands I don't like: Korn and slipknot immediately come to mind, and rap, but that's just me...(there are many others, btw)
The band I really have been jammming to lately is Drowning Pool; their song Love and War hits close to home for me...
yeah, I'm a fan of rock music, big-time!

Love the DLR days, I can even tolerate the red rocker. But the extreme days sucked. Who was that guy from extreme anyhow?

Now Motley Crue is one I left out. Loved them from the beginning & am glad they are back out touring BUT.......

If I hear that damn song "If I Die Tommarow" again I would probally kill myself today. I hate that song. It isn't even Motley Crue.

Motley Crue, I completly forgot. There great. Yeah, I don't even count the Extreme guy as part of Van Halen. DLR was with them in the beginning, and as of now Hagar was the last to be with them. I'd like to see DLR tour with them again. Even if it's just a year deal like Sammy did.

I too liked Rainbow during the Dio days. I also liked Cozy Powell, he was one of my favorite drummers of all time.
