Broken down right now

My daughter just broke down again after the dealer could not find a problem with the truck. She is waiting for a tow in south western Nebraska, seems they are in no hurry to get her picked up and also said something about no diesel mechanic or at least one till Monday.
As a father I'm going nuts here 1000 miles away.

Any suggestions

Document every problem you have had phone calls, time spent away form work. How many days at the dealership...everything!

Start a log...from the day you picked the truck up

She decided to unhock the trailer and leave it at the gas station and try to make it to the dealer, she was successful. Seems without the load it will go faster so it really sounds like a fuel delivery thing, probably filters. They hooked it up and found nothing wrong. I'll keep ya posted.

Well they found nothing wrong with the OBDII error codes but they are saying now that one injector is definitely bad and possibly another. They will only replace the bad injectors!
Has anyone had any luck getting all of them replaced?
Obviously if they only replace 2 when are the other 6 gonna go and leave her stranded by the roadside again? It's an early 2004 with 2003 engine which supposedly had the injector design flaw taken care of. This will totally shut down her trailering business because se can't afford to go on the road and break down with horses.

Ford will only replace injectors that have gone bad. There are still a lot of 6.0s with the C94 injectors still working fine. I have over 30,000 on mine and all work fine.
