Installing New Gauges

is there a good place to find gauge boxes or pods. i'm making a new dash for my truck out of diamond plate and haven't really decided how to make the gauge pods. i bought all new C2 series Auto Meter gauges and trying to figure out how to mount them. Would you put some diamond plate through the bender and then mount that to the rest of the dash from the back or would you buy a gauge pod and mount that behind the diamond plate? help please

Hey,
I used just a piece of aluminum, 1/8" I think. The piece fits in the offset that goes around the dash area on the sides and bottom. The top I just made tall enough for the dash pad to come down and go over the top edge.

Sounds good, i was going to just cut a piece of diamond plate that would leave the outline there but cover the old dash, but that will look just as good. thanks again.
