At Loss For Words
Can,t even begin to explain the problems with the service dept at YORK FORD IN MA
promised my truck in 3 days, then 5 then seven then eight the 10 now two weeks, ARGH
blizzard of 2005 over 30 inches of snow no truck
missing two weekends of snowmobiling
two weeks to fix some not so major problems
what the @#$* is up
starting to think they hit it with there plow or something
had i known it was going to take two weeks i would have prepared a little better, also no truck no firewood this sucks!!!
just needing to vent thanks for listening

That's crazy! What did you take it in for? Is it a matter of parts on back-order, or what? I'd be chewing some supervisory tail long ago if they strung me along like that, but hey that's just me. Man, I'd be so far up their yazoo AND letting them know the multitude of entities I am contacting to inform of this major b.s. (ie, Ford Corporate; Better Business Bureau, Bureau of Automotive Repairs- that one always gets 'em hoppin'; etc...)
Hope they gave you a loaner or something to use in the meantime. They owe you something more than just an explanation for putting you out like this for SO long.
But again, that's just me and how I'd handle it....
