I am wondering if anyone has a high end system in their f240 crew cab, I have always had a 4-5 thousand dollar system in all my trucks (custom built kick panels, sub box etc.).. am wanting to put a couple of rockford hx2 10's in my truck behind the back seat , but it is really tight back there.. I have a rf power 800.2 for my subs and a rf power 500.2 for the highs, I have a 3-way set of cdt audio mids and highs..any info or pics would be appreciated..
I your subs have deep magnets, they will not fit behind the seat. If you want them behind you will have to push the seat forword 2". My brother did that and put 4 12s back there. I raised the seat on mine 2.5" and put 3 10" subs slot loaded under the seat. If you have someone that can make you a fiberglass box that would be an easy way of getting more air space.
What you can do depends on the year of your truck, basically the older the SD, the more room you have. I have an 2004, i have 4 kicker solobaric L7 8" woofers behind my back seat. Underneath my back seat where your butt goes, I had a 1200 x 1 kicker amp and a capacitor mounted inside the seat. This way everything looks stock. No moving your seat foward, no removing the fold out cargo trays. Not to mention I love to fold my rear seat up and see the amp and cap, it looks sweet. As soon as i buy a digital camera i'll post pics, (if i can figure out how to do it).
You can move the rear seat by flipping and swapping the brackets the seat is bolted to from one side to the other. If you look the seat is bolted to one bracket and that bracket is bolted to the bracket that attaches to the floor.
Or you can drill new holes in the bracket that attaches to the floor to move the rear seat forward on the bracket without changing the middle bracket.
As was mentioned the CC rear seat has changed.
You could also make a custom center console to fit in between the two front seats for a box for the woofers.

This Is exactly what I did, I had 2 15s out of my previous truck and wanted to put them in my crewcab, I built mine out of fiberglass took 6 gallons. I am about .25 cubic feet smaller than recomended, but it sound great.
I eventually plan on doing the same thing with fiberglass......being as I have the 40/20/40 bench I'm thinking about putting the arm rest/console back on top, and possibly doing some sort of switch panel for the switches for the ARBs, off road/aux. lights, and gains for the amps.
Check out JL. They have a kit for the center seat cushion, puts a 12" sub in there. You just take the leather off the cushion and put it on the new one. It cames with the sub installed. I have it on order.

Yeah, the JL Stealth Box looks nice. But, I don't need the center seat and I already have two 12" Kicker Solo Baric L7s that I want to put in the truck.
