Roller Blocks
I kind've understand what a roller block is, how does it all work though? I'd just like to know the advantages and disadvantages. I know it moves things easier, less friction, etc. Better for your truck. More horsepower that isn't lost to friction.. but umm, I'd just like to know more and understand better. And if I plan on swapping a 351w into my F-150.. '85 Fuel Injected 302... I'm told that the Lightning engines are good because they are "roller ready". Also, are these engines speed density as well? And are they one of the better 351s I'd want to swap into my truck? Thanks guys. I'm just trying to learn more about things

Disadvantages=cost and weight(weight a concern for the racing guys only)
Advantages=reduced friction, and allowing more radical profiles on the camshaft for better power and efficiency.
