more power for a 460

i was wondering if anyone has put headers on a 97 f 350 if so has it been worth it i am also looking for other power and mpg upgrades

Power and MPG dont go together

Headers are a great upgrade to a 460, stock exhaust manifolds are notoriously horrible.

I put headers on my 1994 460 and they made a good difference in power but milage stayed about the same. I went with L&L headers and have nothing but good things to say about them. If you go with headers make sure you improve the rest of the exhaust or the gains won't be as good.
