Optional Scheduled Maintenance Plans

Did any of you go for this Ford Plan ? If so did you choose Premium or Extra Plan ? The only difference is that the Premium will cover spark plugs, brake pads, stock shock absorbers, engine belts, hoses, and wiper blades as well as the scheduled oil changes and 30K, 60K, and 75K services.

I got that on my '04 Mustang. The one time fee is better than paying for the maintenance by itself. The maintenance by itself it more expensive than the one time fee.
