Technical (electrical) question for you Tech guys.
Does anyone know what the output voltage is suppose to be on the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) of a 2001 V10 Super Duty? I had changed throttle bodies a while back to put on a larger BBK but had to go back to the stock one when I put my supercharger on. The reason I ask is because by rotating the sensor a little you can change the voltage which affects how the computer reads how much the throttle is open. Just wanted to make sure I had it set right because it doesn't take much movement to change the voltage. Any help would be appreciated!

Should be ~0 - 5v. Low volts = closed throttle, high volts = open throttle.
KenneB, I'm getting the Banks Powerpack with Ottomind, and was thinking of getting a bigger throttle body. What size did you go to? How did you like it? Thanks.
Didn't notice any difference but the one I used was a BBK (#1711) twin 65mm. Due to the larger bore, a strong vacuum lock was created at the butterfly which felt like the throttle was sticking when you pushed on the gas peddle, didn't like that. I tried adjusting the idle screw so that the butterfly was open a little bit at idle which is what BBK suggests, but that didn't work. Had to go back to the factory one when I installed the supercharger. Just my opinion, but I would save your money, I learned the hard way!
