Help! Wont Run

Hey my little brother has a 88 f-250 and its not running. We changed the oil in it and backed it out and it cut off. Replaced the fuel pump and it fired right up then cut off. replaced the filter still wouldnt attemp to run now. We opened the little valve(bleeder valve) where the injectors are that has a little tire fitting on it and then pushed compressed air with a air hose and pushed fuel up until the little valve had fuel running out of it. It fired right up and ran good then,we let it run about a half hour but decided but drive it home till then today(because it was late last night with all this happeneing). We started it up today and let it run. Was inside maybe 5 minutes,came back out and it cut off and wouldnt run. Anyone have any helpful ideas about what the hecks going on???? THANKS!

probably a fuel pump relay or the wiring to the pump. also does it have 1 or 2 tanks?

Hmmm, The pump cuts on you can hear it cut on when the key comes on. Its 2 tanks but the pumps on the frame rail. Where would the relay be?

if ya got a pump on the frame ya got one in each tank too. not sure if the secondary pump runs off the same relay but probably does. if it does it on both tanks it could also be the switch on the dash.
