My 2000 f-150 air bag indicator light is lit continuously, It snowed 13" here in Norristown PA and I've been push'n though snow drift's etc. with it in 4wd for the last three days; could the weather conditions have something to do with the light staying on??
The snow shouldn't have anything to do with it.
When the light is on there has been a trouble code stored in the air bag module's memory. Check all the fuses first. The next thing to do would be to take the truck and get it scanned to see what code comes up.
And don't crash the truck.....when the light is on the airbags won't work
Yea snow wouldn't do anything to it. Unless you know exactly what you are doing then I would mess around with it too much. Some of that stuff gets a little tricky. But I am not doubting you.
