Low speed steer shake

I have a 98 f150 ext. cab, with 58k on it. When I take off from a stop with the wheel turned in either direction I get a strange vibration from 2-5 mph, after that it quits. It will also go away if I straighten the steering wheel.

Maby a axle u joint if its a 4x4.
