ford f150 fuel injected 2wd; unperdictably trys to stall when driving highway or city. I've ruled ou the fuel tanks iond thier fule pumps. Next i'm gong to look into the in-line fuel pump or the fuel pressure regulator. it seemms to be a fuel flow problem, due to the way its stalling. If i switch tanks during the stall the problems subsides for a while but eventualy presists later on down the road. prior to these problems i noticed the truck running a slight bit rough, i can feels the when its going to stall by the way the engine's performance and sound(its runs a slight rough rite before).
If somone could shed some light on my trucks condition i would apreciate it
Please let me know what you find out I have a 1985 F150 that keeps dooing the same thing you could be doing 55 mph down the highway and it just quits and acts as if it is getting no gas at all. thanks
