i got a '99 F250 V10, 4x4. I would like to know if someone has the info on the measurement of the front and rear springs. I just want to know if the front is same size as the rear.
You know, I was looking to get rid of my '00 F250 factory springs to a guy and took all the measurements down but now I can't find them. If nobody's posted it up by the time I get home (in a few hours), I'll go out to the garage and measure them. I know the width was exactly the same but can't say about the length. I'll let you know (if someone doesn't beat me to it).
Yeah, I thought I'd drop by here and see if anybody knew of it at the top of their head. But, I wouldn't want to bother you, I can go measure them myself, just wanted to check if anyone had it in their archives. Your help has been GREATLY appreciated.
I have two Superlift Front Leaf Spring 6 inches. I was wondering If I can put these in the rear. I have a 4in block that I want to add to the 6in springs. Then buy 10in leaf springs for the front. Do you think it's possible.
Well, I just went out to the garage and without moving too much crap around, the fronts and rears appear to be 54 1/2" long. I measured from the center of each of the bolt holes straight across. I had to eyeball it on the rears cuz they were pretty buried but it sure looked close.
I'm not to sure about that setup you're thinkin' of doing. I mean, it looks and sounds good on paper but I'm not sure of the physics of it all, sorry. I'm sure someone else on here can help out with that one. Good luck!
