Good choice. I wish my truck had a 351 windsor, but the 302 is good enough for me. I got a 84 F 150 XLT with automatic overdrive, 302, power options and a long bed. You can see it in my user gallery under redneckdieselmechanic.
Mine's a '85 and I love it. I really like this site, too. You're gonna trip out on the hundreds and hundreds of old posts filled with valuable info. Especially if you want info on lifts/tire size, oh my god - everybody posts on that. Go to the main board and look at the various topics. Jesus.
Thanks bout the truck lookin good. I had it over a year and its been better to me than any woman has. I've also spent more money on it than any woman . Its got 31s under the rear and 235/75s under the front. I fell in love with that truck since the first time i saw it and sat inside and fired it up. I plan on keepin it forever.
