1998 Ranger passanger low beam problem

1998 Ranger passanger low beam problem

A friend of mine has a 1998 ford ranger and the passanger low beam went out on her and she replaced the bulb and it didnt fix the problem high beams work but the driver low beam is the only one that wants to work. What could be the prob?

ps the plug itself look alright (not melted or burnt)

Each headlight has it own fuse. #4 10amp for the left and #8 10amp for thr right. Ther are under the fuse panel cover located on the drivers side of the dash, open the door to see it.

so the each low beam has a fuse and each high beam has its fuse? Because if its just one fuse per side, a fuse wouldnt be the problem because both brights work but the pass low doesnt
