vibration at idle

vibration at idle
my 05 has a very slight vibration at idle. I can feel it in the steering wheel, dash and the seats. Its very slight but it feels like some part of the cab is touching the engine or the motor mounts are letting too much vibration get thru.
It only has 54 miles on it. Will it get smoother as it breaks in? Anyone else have a similar experience? Other than that it runs great and I am thrilled with it.

My 05 6.0 was doing the same thing (around 2500 miles) . Dealership did something with the PCM; reboot or flash? Eveything seemed to work better; increased mileage/power. Now at 3500 miles the vibration is back; maybe even more noticeable. Will be taking the truck in for other issues before too long. I hope all will be fixed.
