Do they use the same horn? You need to determine if the horn itself is broken or if there is a problem turning it on. Areas that might be a problem would include the horn switch, a relay, wiring connections, and of course the horn itself. I'd work backwards, testing the horn, the relay, and finally the switch to try to isolate the problem.
