abs not working?

abs not working?
This is my first rig with abs. At least I think it has abs. It has the idiot light when the key is first turned on. But If I slam the brakes on when it's wet outside the (right?) rear will lock up until the truck comes to a stop. I was told these trucks only have the abs in the rear. I have checked all the fuses under the dash, not under the hood yet. So My question is, how do I know if this truck has abs? If it does shouldn't the pedal pulse if I lock up the brakes?

Let me know what you find out, my truck also does the same thing. Wet road and there she slides on the right rear tire. 89 F350 4x4 460 C6 I have drums on the back and for the time being they are "pro-lock" brakes. I like the out of round drum suggestion.
