Wheel-Well Installation

I had to take the wheel well off of my fender to patch my fender and I need to replace the bolts that connect the plastic wheel-well to the fender. Does anyone know what I should use to bolt it back on? I had to grind most of the bolts that were in it off. Thanks.

you can buy the clips at the hardware store and the bolts to while your at it get some fender washers (bigger than normal washers used in electrical work)
