1994 F-150 5.8 auto

over the past couple weeks, my start has been getting slower and slower... at school yesterday, it took like 5 minutes to start that sucker. Any ideas at all?

 

How cold is it there? What happens when you turn the key to on and turn on the headlights does it dim the lights? Maybe your poss. hookup to your battery is dirty they sell a metel cleaning brush to clean both cable and post. You can have the electical system check for free?? they connect a load tester to the battery.You may have to do a load test for the starter with a different test. Just my 2 cents I'm no expert
