I added these aftermarket from Mopar on my (now traded in) '03 Ram. It hides the direct view above the rear wheels into the suspension. Does Ford or an aftermarket company make something like this for my new '05 F250?Thanks
I snagged this from another post for my notepad doc, hope they are the correct numbers
fender well liners:
(2ea) F81Z*9928370*CA Front left and right
(2ea) F81Z*9928370*AA Rear Left and right
(8ea) *389358*S Plastic push pins (2 per piece)
i ordered a set from ford for my 05 and laughed at them when i went to pick them up. they wanted 140 $ and they came with about 30 screws that they want ya to drill along ya fender well to mount . not to mention they don't gaurd much. i went to a parts store bought these black flat mud flaps(14 dollars) there about 13 inches wide /20 inches long ,used factory holes plus a hole i drilled for my trucks flaps. they protect alot more than the ford ones, alot cheaper, and look stock you can save alot of money just have to use your imagination
The things Frod calls liners are more like trash bags. They are junk. Surely someone makes an after market product that is better and does what its suppose to do.
Anyone know of any ??
I completely disagree with these other guys. They are not junk. I paid $100 for mine (4 total) and they are well worth it if you drive gravel roads or wheel in rocky country. If you can go $40k for the truck, what's another $100? I kicked up large rocks in my 2000 that made sizeable dents protruding to the OUTSIDE that had to be repaired and repainted. My 2000 did indeed have these from the factory, but anything you can do to your 05 is cheap insurance. These liners are the first mod I did to my 05. It took about 1.5 hours and is pretty easy. And there ain't 30 screws.
