No power when cold.Help Please

I just had a new tps assy put on at the local dealer it really made a differance in the responce of my gas pedal. Tonight when it was 34 degrees I cranked the truck and without letting in warm up tried to go forward and the truck had no power, it was like I was not even mashing the gas pedal.. After 10 min the truck warmed up and drove fine .....Any ideas of why I had no power??? Thanks

Any different exhaust sound. Maybe EBPV.

Are you Plugging The Truck In?

A couple of Questions,

1, Are you plugging your truck in?

2, Have you changed your Fuel Filters Recently, could have water in the filter causing fuel geling.
