Does any one know what type on transmission a 83 f-100 4.9 has ? its overdrive. i need some help casue i gott get another one

transmission
it came with an aod tranny. kinda tricky to hook up the t v cable. if you dont do a lot of highway driving, i would change it over to a c6 tranny. better tranny, but no overdrive.
