You put the chip in your IAT sensor and it is supposed to increase your HP and torque. the website is www.hurricane-horsepower.com. I have seen other products like this that are supposed to be instant horsepower on ebay but cannot find them anymore. The other one I heard of was called a Speed R Racing Resistor.

It is junk. Its a simple .50 cents resistor you can buy at Radio Shck. These have been around for awhile and the sellers usually change names and ids regulary due to bad feedback. The concept is to trick your IAT sensor into thinking cooler air is entering and to lean the mixture out.
