The truck I have is a 77 F150 cab and everything else is a 76 F250..Wierd huh.. thats how i bought it but it diddnt have an exhaust on it. Now the thing is that it looks like it might be a chalenge making one..The p/s header aims straight back with really nothing in the way but the d/s is a totally different ball game. It aims at a slightly down angle and the front drive shaft is like a couple of inches away from the header outlet. Also the huge NP 205 hangs low so it would stick out like a sore thumb if i bent a pipe and went under the T-Case. The only thing im thinking is that i would make a 45 degree pipe that comes right off the header outlet and shoot it back hoping nothing else is in the way..
Anyone have this problem or maybe have suggestions?
My 76 F250 has single exhaust goin on the passenger side of the t-case, along the frame. Right now the glasspack muffler ends right past the tcase, but that will be fixed soon.
the exhuast on my 78 F-250 is only about an inch away from the front driveshaft on the driverside, it was loose and would rub the D/S and make an ungodly sound, i put brackets holding it up and its fine, from there it pretty much hugs the Tcase but doesnt go under it, but more to the side of it....
I have a 77 chassis and 78 cab put some headers on it to and having the same problem I think if I put a 3" body lift on they can both go up and over the t-case brace there should be enough room. Any other ideas
