I was reading about how people found out about FTE and saw a lot of people responded with googling so I am just curious about what search engine you use. I myself prefer google because it seems to return the best results.
I chose the last box because I use Dogpile for just about every search I do. It searches multiple search engines and gives me tons of results. Once in a while I'll use Icerocket because I like their thumbnails.
Google. It's clean. No fluff. Just gimme what I'm looking for. On a related note Froogle is good to look for the OEM manufacturer of obscure computer parts.
well i heard google searches by words actually in websites which can be good and could be bad. it sounds like metacrawler would search by websites' meta tags? is this right big red?
When searching for something on the 'Net, I start out with Google as my primary SE. Then if that fails, I go to Dogpile. If I still haven't found it, I will use a number of other search engines.
Do a search for search engines and you will see there are hundreds of them!
Please say I am not the only yahoo user here, did I miss something when everyone jumped ship? lol, I dunno, I use yahoo and google, yahoo if i type it in myself, google if i use the browser search.
