oil sender
i can't get the oil pressure sender off the engine in the back i wanted to hook up a oil pressure gauge but i can't remove the stock one the nut seems to be striped is there anywhere else to hook one up on a 351m

............The round sending units aren't expensive . You might consider drilling a 3/8th's hole completely thru the body of the sender and then inserting a 3/8th's rod of some type of strong steel with the idea of using a "Cheater" to slide over the end of the rod to give you some leverage . I know there isn't much room to work back there at all . I took 4 old wornout pair of converalls and laid them across the top of the radiator so I could "laydown" and concentrate on the work at hand . You might also consider using a regular pipe wrench of around 18 inchs or smaller . It isn't any fun no matter which method you choose . sk
