There are lots of posts here with the performance information you are looking for. Watch your compression ratio with closed chamber heads and the availability of high octane fuel.

Check out the vendors here: FTE Sponsors
I have no idea if they ship internationally.

I know JC Whitney ships internationally. They list a 1-312-431-5615 number for voice information and a fax number 1-312-431-6095. Their website is www.jcw.com

Some others to check:

PAW and Summit Racing are a couple of good supply houses, you can look at Jeg's too.

Check the prices before you buy a bunch of parts. With shipping and machine work, you might be better off buying a 460 crate motor from Ford. Especially since you are shipping overseas. The 460 will be tougher and have a lot more potential than any 400 could ever have. The only drawback is swapping out all the accessories for the engine and possibly a little more weight. Otherwise Summit, Jegs and PAW are about as good as you can get here in the states. They are high volume and will usually price match anything they carry. They also have a good reputation for taking care of their customers.

If you need info on fuel injection try searching this site. There are some guys down in Australia that are doing some pretty impressive things with these engines. The parts they use might be a little more available in Germany than some of the American parts.

Good luck.
