Transmission moan?
I noticed a low moan from the front of the transmission between 30-40 mph. It started about a month ago and only happened when the trans was cold. Now it's become louder and happens more often and when the trans is warm. The sound pitch gets higher toward 40mph and lower at 30. Engine rpm does not affect sound. Schedualed service next week. Any ideas?

got it back from the dealer, they couldn't get it to make the noise so no fix for now. Tech said that it could be the carrier bearing be would need to hear the noise first. I have to drive it and bring it back when I can let em hear it.
