Towing Mirrors

I have a '99 Superduty and have a chance to get a set of towing mirrors from an '05. Does anybody know if they will fit my truck?

Yah, same mirrors, if you don't have power then the mirrors won't be power or the other way around. It takes about 10min. to swap mirrors, no big deal...

I am glad to hear that it is an easy job to change the mirrors as I just ordered a set for my 02. I hope they help with the blind spot on the passenger side. StevenG

might want to try a set of the C-Betr mirrors in addition to eliminate the blind spot,, certainly better than that lower convex unit,,

I love the factory tow mirrors, the stock ones sucked! I never have to turn around to look to pass, just look in the lower mirrors and go. To bad they are so expensive I paid almost $300 for mine (non-power)

Double check the wire plugs. I installed a pair on my 01 Excursion and the plug style was for a 02 and up. I think 99-01 has a different plug however their are adapters out there.
