I just got my long block delivered the other day and it looks great. I don't know when I'm going to start doing the swap over of components from my truck, but before I start I would like to get a manual on the tear down and build up of an 85 EFI motor. All the manuals I'm finding are for 86 and up, or carburated. I want to do this right the first time and maybe even add some upgrades as I go along. Is there a specific manual for a 1985 302 EFI motor or one that's close enough to get me by? ie: torques, gaskets, what goes where? Also, is there one that could give me some budget options for upgrades as I go. The new block has got everything but the intakes, oil pump and pan, valve covers, and the rest of the EFI stuff. I have to swap mine all over and I kind of want something to guide me through since I've never done it. Any help would be most appreciated, thanks
btw,
The new motor has a high torque EFI cam, ported heads, larger intake and exhaust valves, bored .030 over with silv-o-lite pistons

Would that cover the engine tear down and build up?
