Another problem
Hello,
I have an 86 f150 with a efi 302. I hear a ticking comming from the engine compartment. So I listen and it is comming from the injectors one or more i dont know. Are they supposed to tick. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Another problem
Fuel injectors usually have a light tick to them, yet hardly noticable. The ticking you may hear can be a stuck lifter or a tapping pushrod or rocker arm. They are all located near the fuel injectors.

Another problem
I used a hollow pipe to check the valve covers and its not comming from there.i placed it on the injector and thats were its comming from. I dont know if it could be a lifter but i know its not a rocker or pushrod.
