Distributor Caps

In a freak accident the distributor caps of my truck were removed. I have a 1986 F150 5.6liter. There are many of them. I need a diagram or something that can help me to put the caps back in the right place. Please help quick because I need to go to work in the morning.
Thank you

To guarantee it's going to be right, you need to find top dead center on #1 cylinder. This is the cylinder on the pass side front. Turn the engine by hand, clockwise, with the #1 sparkplug out. While someone is turning the engine, put your finger over the sparkplug hole. When you feel air pushing out around your finger, start looking for the timing mark on the crankshaft. Turn it till you are lined up in the neighborhood of 8-10 degrees BTDC. Pull the dist cap off and look where the rotor is pointing. The terminal that lines up with the rotor will be the number 1 sparkplug wire. Put the sparkplug back in and hook that wire up. Then going around the cap counterclockwise, put the wires on in the following order:

351w-5.8 liter----1,3,7,2,6,5,4,8

302-5.0 liter----1,5,4,2,6,3,7,8
